Terms and Conditions


All bookings must be secured by a 10% non refundable deposit. This must be paid within 1 month of receiving a quote for the booking, with the remaining balance payable on or before the day of the event.

Any cancellations or amendments to the booking must be made in writing four weeks before the function.

Cancellations or amendments made six weeks before the function date will incur a 100% fee.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

All quotations are valid for 28 days. Quotations can and may be subject to change.

If the event is based on the client selling tickets, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure the numbers are met. We will not reduce the numbers which have been originally quoted for.

A parking space is required at the function with ease of access to the cooking area.

All parking permits/fees are to be met by the client.

All machines booked on DIY hire/Self carve are to be cleaned on collection.

If the function location has any stairs or narrow openings, we may require assistance. Please ensure the area where we will need to access for loading/unloading is clear from any obstruction.

If the hog roast is to be served at night, adequate lighting is required.

A gazebo will be provided in the event of bad weather, this is for the chefs’ use whilst carving.

All salads/breads are served buffet style unless waiting staff are booked.

All deposits/bookings taken confirm that you have agreed to the above terms.
